International Services

Thank you for your interest in our tradeshow. As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation in order to process your VISA. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.

International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered badge holders with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an invitation letter.

IMPORTANT! The deadline for requesting an official letter of invitation is January 3, 2008.

Request an Invitation. You will be contacted by one of our representatives, who will send you the appropriate forms to complete your invitation processing.

Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days after you have submitted the form. Due to the number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, original invitation letters will be sent by courier service.  We are unable to fax or email copies. If you have any other questions regarding this process, please direct them to invitation@reedexpo.com. If you are unable to email such requests or do not have email capabilities, you may fax your request to 203.840.9317.
